Announcing my first TiddlyWiki. It is a single webpage that just keeps going. You’ll see. It houses alot of info, like a wiki, but it not editable by anyone else except me. (Though the interface leads you to believe you can, I’ll have to tweak that element.) Otherwise, the page is a handy collection of artist essays, articles and papers about the design of particular new media arts types. I have some areas that need beefing up, and am slowly transferring info I have on wikis etc into it. I also have not put info about cross-media design in it. This I may soon. I am actually working on a cross-media database for that. I may also add academic papers in there too. But, I think those of you who teach, or are just interested in experimenting may find the page a good resource. I’ve put a link
Hi Christy,
I’m going to link to this – is that okay? I would like my readers to see one in action. Looks like you’ve been pretty busy since we caught up in Feb at ACMI, when you were interviewing Mr Crawford. I did catch some of his presentation in the end – he was terrific.
I’ve got some stuff coming out in the Australian’s new lit supplement, the first work I’ve done since about May, so pretty exciting. I thought the readers from the Oz should see what publishing on the Web can be about, hence my link to your great page.
Of course link to it! I dont’ update it regularly though, but there is still alot of good stuff there.
Great to hear from you and I look forward to seeing more of your work. You link to alot of great things on your blog!
